Where are the slides that are referenced in the teacher edition?

The teacher edition for each unit will reference slides by letter. For example “Make connections to the one-way mirror phenomenon. Display slide J. Celebrate that we just accomplished something important–we now have a mechanism to help explain the one-way mirror phenomenon.”

The slide for each unit can be downloaded from that unit’s overview page. You can either use the Google Slides version or the PDF version of the slides. The unit overview pages can be found using the following links:

  • High School – https://www.openscied.org/curriculum/high-school/

Educators new to the structure of our materials may find this video helpful as it walks viewers through the different levels of the website and materials. Additionally, every unit has a webinar associated with it that can be found on this page https://www.openscied.org/professional-learning/on-demand-teacher-support/
