August 8-11, 2022 at Sheraton Springfield Monarch Place, Springfield, MA. Please note this is a 4 day event!
August 8th 8 am – 4 pm, with reception and dinner following
August 9th 8 am-4 pm, both breakfast and lunch served.
August 10th 8 am-4 pm, both breakfast and lunch served.
August 11th 8 am-4 pm, both breakfast and lunch served.
The cost of the event is $900 plus the cost of overnight lodging (~$139 per night plus tax, billed at check in), if requested. OEI Cohort schools will be invoiced at a discounted rate (Cohort 1 at $250, Cohort 2 at $700). In the event of cancellation within two weeks of the event date, districts will be responsible for the registration fee plus lodging, if requested. There are limited spots per grade level available for each date. To see additional dates, please return to the events page on our website.
If overnight lodging is requested, consider the following. All rooms are single occupancy. Please indicate on the registration form if any special accommodations are needed.
Please note that COVID protocols may include testing upon arrival, proof of vaccinations, and masks depending on the COVID data at the time of the event.
